We are pleased to inform you that your application for B.Tech. - Civil Engineering(CE) in School of Engineering and Tech, Sharda University has been approved by the competent authority on the basis of your academic documents submitted.

Program Details:

You will be required to register in your respective school after submission of complete documents as per the University guidelines:

1. Please bring original copies of all documents / certificates along with their self-attested photocopies in support of your date of birth, educational/other qualifications on the day of registration for the program in the respective school to confirm the admission. In absence of above-mentioned documents, you will not be permitted to register for the program.
2. If you do not join or withdraw or do not produce proof of minimum educational qualification, your admission shall stand cancelled and fee deposited if any, shall be refunded as per the University Policy.
3. Late payment charges will be applicable as per University Policy.
4. Student can Register/Report Maximum 5 days before the commencement of classes in the University.
5. For Annual fee payment, student has to pay full fee on the date of Registration.
6. For Semester-wise fee payment, student has to pay 1st semester full fee on the date of registration & 2nd Semester full fee by 31st Dec. 2019.
7. $50 per semester will be charged additional on semester wise fee payment schedule

Hostel Fee in USD (Optional):

• Hostel allotment is subject to first come first serve basis on the payment of the hostel fee & availability of seat.
• Additional Refundable Security of 300 USD for AC and 200 USD for Non-AC Accommodation.

Please Note:

• Hostel fee from 2nd year onwards will be applicable as per notification.
• From 2nd year onwards, fee payment dates will be notified by the Registrar Office, Sharda University.
• Sharda University reserves the right to reject the admission without assigning any reasons whatsoever and amend its policies & fee structure, whenever considered necessary & appropriate with due notice.
